Courses start week beginning 8th September.
Duration: 6-Weeks.
4 to 7 year olds: 4pm to 5pm - Monday or Wednesday (BOOKED OUT).
8 to 10 year olds: 5pm to 6pm - Monday or Wednesday (BOOKED OUT).
11 yrs and over: 6pm to 7pm - Monday or Wednesday (BOOKED OUT).
Cost: €75 per child.
All groups are divided first by age, then by standard.
* Maximum groups of 12.

Beginner Course Includes:
  • Technical, Tactical, Physical & Psychological skills relating to tennis.
  • Singles & Doubles Tactics.
  • Forehand.
  • Backhand.
  • Serve.
  • Smash
  • Volley.
  • How to Rally.
  • Rules Of The Game.
  • Co-ordination & Ball skills.
Intermediate Course includes:
  • How to play spin on all strokes.
  • Intermediate level match tactics.
  • Physical Exercises Relating to Tennis.
  • How To Play a Match.
  • Technical, Tactical, Physical & Psychological skills relating to tennis.
  • Singles & Doubles Tactics.
Advanced Course includes:
  • Advanced level match tactics.
  • Technical, Tactical, Physical & Psychological skills relating to tennis.
  • Singles & Doubles Tactics.

Please note: the above is not a rigid schedule, the coaches may vary the schedule, at any time, to suit the age, standard and ambition of the pupils involved.
